One day I hope you taste my New Moon Honey wildflower honey, straight from my beehives in Westport, CT. I’ve immersed myself in the bee world for a few years now, learning from masters from Florida to Connecticut. I wrote about this in my blog post Learning Beekeeping: A New Moon is On the Horizon.
